This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27086 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in PRC No.37 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 26.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27086 of 2024 vide order dated 29.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam, in connection with PRC No.37 of 2024 on 26.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Sessions Judge. 1/3
