ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, Kancheepuram District to expeditiously dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.5 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.On perusal of "A" Diary Extracts, it is noticed that on 13.06.2023, it was recorded by the Court that "Petitioner counsel Present, R2 to R5 called absent. No representation, Counter of R2 to R5 and Fresh Notice to R1 with correct address call on 18.07.2023 and on 18.07.2023, it was recorded that Petitioner counsel present, R2 to R5 called absent, no representation, R2 to R5 counter not filed R2 to R5 set exparte, Fresh Notice to R1 with correct address call on 21.08.2023 and further on 02.12.2023, it was recorded that Petitioner counsel present, fresh Notice to 1st respondent with correct address call on 03.01.2024. In this case, process is not completed.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court cannot issue any direction to the trial Judge to dispose the case as early as possible. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
