Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records relating to the impugned patta Transfer proceedings in Na.Ka. 3227/ 2024/ A3 dated 30.09.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and untenable.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "Calling for the records relating to the impugned patta Transfer proceedings in Na.Ka. 3227/ 2024/ A3 dated 30.09.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and untenable."

2. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.

A perusal of the records would show that even in the earlier Writ Petition, namely, W.P.No.18832 of 2024 this Hon'ble Court had passed an order stating that the representation of the petitioner/the 4th respondent herein should be considered only after giving notice to the petitioner herein who has been arrayed as the 7th respondent therein and after hearing his objections.

Therefore, considering the fact that the impugned patta transfer proceedings has been initiated only pursuant to the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.18832 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024, this Court cannot pass any orders except to state that the authorities concerned shall comply with Paragraph No.4 of the order passed in W.P.No.18832 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 in its letter and spirit.
