ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation to the file of the CBCID, Cuddalore. 2.

It is seen from records that the investigation was already completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chidambaram in CC No.78 of 2023. Under such circumstances, there is no question of transferring the investigation. Hence, the very relief sought for in this Criminal Original Petition is misconceived. If ultimately the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation, he can only seek for a further investigation or for a re-investigation and there is no question of transferring the investigation at this stage. 3.

In the light of the above discussion, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
