PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the first respondent in A.G.A No.54 of 2021 by confirming the impugned order dated 19.02.2021 passed by the second respondent in P.G.No.21 of 2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 also

present and he also admitted the deposit of the amount made by the petitioner. However, no representation for the 3 rd respondent.

3. Recording both side submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
