2. According to the applicant, she has filed the main Original Petition for appointment of guardian for the minor children. Already, the applicant was examined as P.W.1 and marked certain documents. During the pendency of the application, after examination of P.W.1, they have obtained some documents which are not available earlier and now they have filed the present application to file the additional documents mentioned in the Schedule. There is no respondent in this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated and considering the facts and 2 / 4

circumstances of the case, the application-mentioned documents are essential to prove the case of the applicant, this application is allowed. The documents are received, subject to proof and relevancy.

4. The matter is referred to the learned Master concerned for recording the evidence and marking those documents.

5. After evidence from the learned Master, list the main petition on 12.11.2025 before Court.
