ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 24337 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvannamalai. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvannamalai, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.
