This application has been filed by the applicants / petitioners to include the particulars of the shares in Serial No.20 and to permit the applicants / petitioners to carry out the amendment in the Original Petition. 2.According to the petitioners, they have filed the main Original Petition for grant of Succession Certificate and already produced the documents for share certificates. After completion of trial, the 2nd petitioner received a confirmation e-mail dated 26.08.2025 from KAMA Holdings Limited stating that some securities were held by father of the 2nd petitioner in Folio No.SPP0002817 and Share Certificate Nos.2895 & 200002. Therefore, the applicants filed this present amendment application. 3.There is no respondent in this case.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to entertain the present amendment petition.
