2. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature and hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
