The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to give reasonable hearing to the petitioner on the appeal petition dated 27.06.2024 before passing final order in the appeal petition.
2.Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that already notice was issued for the hearing date 07.10.2024. If orders are not pronounced the respondent shall issue fresh notice to the petitioner and pass orders thereafter. 2/4
3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent to issue fresh notice to the petitioners and thereafter pass orders on the appeal petition dated 27.06.2024.
