J U D G M E N T
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that on instructions, he has chosen to withdraw the Appeal Suit. So he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal Suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the endorsement made by him, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
