The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above criminal appeal against acquittal in the judgment in S.T.C.No.27 of 2022 dated on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Pappireddipatti.

2. Mr.P.Muralidharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
