This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate in Petitioner's favour for running their "Natural Ayurvedic Treatment and Wellness Center" at No.179, Malli Resort, Ground Floor, Lakshmi Nagar, Kondarasapalayam, Udumalai Road, Tiruppur District by considering his representation dated 23-10.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Town Police Station, (L&O) is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merit in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
