These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent and to bring on record the respondents 11 to 12 as Legal Representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and array them as proposed respondents 14 and 15 in the above Second Appeal.
2. Mr.V.Sekar, Learned Counsel for the respondents would fairly state that the applications can be ordered.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these applications and I am satisfied with the reasons for delay in not taking out the applications in time. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 18.03.2024 bsm Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
