These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions has been filed to condone the delay of 1396 days in filing the petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 as Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and array them as proposed respondents 5 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.
2. Mr.V.Sekar, Learned Counsel for the respondents would fairly state that the applications can be ordered.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these applications and I am satisfied with the reasons for delay in not taking out the applications in time. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 18.03.2024 bsm Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
