COMMON JUDGMENT These appeals have been filed challenging the order dated 31.10.2023 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2. On perusal of records, it appears that these matters have already been posted for hearing on 22.01.2024. However, since there was no representation on 22.01.2024, today, these appeals are listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant and the respondents, which shows that the parties have no interest to prosecute the present appeals. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss these appeals.
