ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur to dispose of the petition filed in Crl.MP.No.383/2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case the petitioner that the second respondent Police failed to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2025. Hence, he filed a petition in Crl.MP.No.383 of 2025 under Section 175(3) of BNSS Act. However the same has been adjourned for the past 4 hearings for filing of report by the respondents. Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur is directed to dispose of the case expeditiously. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
