ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.P.No.5423 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai. 1/4

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties shall be referred to as the husband and wife.

3. H.M.O.P.No.5423 of 2021 is a petition for divorce filed by the wife. The husband has presented H.M.O.P.No.128 of 2023 seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

4. Both the counsels agreed that the pleadings have been completed.

5. In the light of the above, the learned I Additional Family Judge, Chennai is requested to dispose of both the HMOPs. within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
