The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle and handed over the custody to the applicant. Therefore, he further submits that the arbitral proceedings have also initiated and an Award has been passed and therefore nothing further survives for adjudication in this proceedings.

2. Considering the same, this application is closed by directing the applicant not the sell the seized vehicle without permission of the EP Court. It is made clear any sale without permission of the EP Court will have void.

3. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant successfully.

4. Therefore, Court is inclined to order Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

5. Accordingly, this Arbitration Application stands closed with the above observations.
