This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2020 for inclusion of his name in the 2017 panel of Deputy Tahsildars.

Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2020 in the light of the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 03.06.2021 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
