Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2022 requesting for inclusion of her name in the 2016 panel of Deputy Tahsildars in the light of the proposals 1/4

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2022 for inclusion of her name in the 2016 panel Deputy Tahsildars.

Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations in the light of the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 06.02.2023 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
