ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP.No.107 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur. 1/3

2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the husband has no serious objection for accepting the request of transfer made by the petitioner/wife. I have also independently gone through the averments made in the transfer affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am prima facie satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer.

4.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.107 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur. On such transfer, the Subordinate Court, Thiruvottiyur, shall take expeditious steps to dispose of HMOP.No.107 of 2024, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the records from the Subordinate Court, Ponneri. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.06.2025 ata 2/3
