The learned Advocate Commissioner states that she has filed a report stating that the warrant was executed and the vehicle was seized from the custody of the respondents and submits that the Commissioner Report was filed at Registry vide report in Sr.No.5482 dated 16.02.2024. Learned Counsel for the applicant confirms the same. The submission of the learned Advocate Commissioner stands recorded.

2. The purpose for which this application was moved has been achieved. Therefore, this Arbitration Application has to be closed as no further orders are required. The applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards Additional Remuneration. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to ensure the Additional remuneration has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner. Rest of the conditions in Paragraph No.14 of the order dated 20.12.2023 is complied with.
