2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition becomes infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order according to its own merits and in accordance with law.
