O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri to dispose of theI.A.No.2/2023 in CMA No.16/2023, within the stipulated time, as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a report, received from the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri, dated 06.02.2024 is presented before this Court. In the above said letter, the learned Judge has stated that, after hearing both side counsel, it was found that the lower court bundle was not received; and thereafter, it was received on 19.01.2024. He further submitted that after receipt of the bundle, on 02.02.2024, heard both side, for clarification and the matter was posted for orders by 14.02.2024.

3. The Report, dated 06.02.2024 addressed to this Court by the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri is recorded.

4. Inview of the above Report, the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.2/2023 in CMA No.16/2023 on 14.02.2024, as stated in his letter.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.02.2024 Note: Registry is directed to send this order copy to the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri, immediately.
