O R D E R
This Court, by the order dated 06.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10657 of 2025, directed the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case investigation completed and the case is now placed before the sanctioning authority for obtaining sanction of prosecution and seeks further period of three
months time.
3. In view of the above, this Court directs the sanctioning authority to study the materials, consider and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
