Writ Petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 01.08.2019 and 02.12.2019 of the petitioner's husband Balasubramaniyam to demolish the illegal encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 8 in the Main Street, Anna Ninaivu Nagar, Puzhal, Chennai, adjacent to the petitioner's house and Greater Chennai Community Hall and Anganvadi.
