This application has been filed for direction to issue summons to Mr.H.Idayathullah, Advocate, residing at 56, Cuddalore Road, Panruti 607 106 as further witness on the side of the plaintiff and direct to produce the partition agreement dated 07.05.2017 and also depose evidence.

2. It is submitted that the applicant has already filed an application for production of the document and the same has been allowed. Now the present application has been filed to summon the witness for examining him.

3. Considering the same, this application is Ordered and the registry is directed to issue summons to Mr.H.Idayathullah, Advocate, residing at 56, Cuddalore Road, Panruti 607 106 and to produce the partition agreement dated 07.05.2017 and to adduce evidence before the Additional Master III on 10.01.2024.
