Both the Applications have been filed to declare the second petitioner, as major and to discharge the first petitioner, his mother as guardian.

2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of these two applications, that the date of birth of the second petitioner was 21.09.2005 and he has now attained the age of majority.

3. Taking into consideration that fact, both the applications are allowed. The second petitioner is declared as major and the first petitioner is discharged as guardian.

4. The amendment to be carried out in the cause title in the Original Petition by the learned counsel and amended copy to be filed.

5. List the matter before the learned Master for continuation of recording of evidence on 09.07.2024. After recording evidence, list the matter before this Court.
