ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1129 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19425 of 2024 dated 05.02.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police one in three months ie., April, July, October, January on the

first working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1129 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19425 of 2024 dated 05.02.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
