Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order dated 11.11.2024 in B3/D.O.No.80/2024 passed by the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son Purusoth, S/o Dhanapathi, Male, aged about 20 years, branded as Drug Offender and now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ORDER
