Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein and their subordinates from demanding and collecting the compounding fee based on the check reports and without following the procedure contemplated under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and the prescribed rules made there under in respect of the petitioner's share auto vehicle Nos.TN-33-Q3049, TN-33-Q-1311, TN-33-Q-1338, TN-33-Q-2194 and TN-33-Q0396 with reference to the representation dated 29.11.2004 filed before the first respondent.
