ORDER

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", both the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate appeared.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent would submit that as per the direction issued by this court, the petitioner has not complied the order.

3. Considering his submissions stating that as assured before this court, he has not complied the order and not taken steps to settle the matter, the bail granted to the petitioner on 28.11.2025 is cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to secure the accused.
