ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. At this juncture, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 would submit that petitioner has not come to court with clean hands inasmuch as certain forged documents were produced before this Court, which was rebutted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

3. When this Court posed a pointed question as to whether that requires to be adjudicated, both learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents agreed that the matter may be dismissed as withdrawn. 2/4

4. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
