ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to inquire with respondents 4 & 5 and restrain them from interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner and consequentially, to grant the necessary police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint letter dated 08.11.2024. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner is aged about 21 years and she seeks police protection from her parents. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquriy after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, and the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
