(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused by the trial Court. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself for final disposal. Hence, this petition is closed. Registry is directed to call for the records from the trial Court and prepare the typed set of papers. Registry is further directed to serve the typed set of papers after making it ready to the counsel who approach for the same. List the appeal

itself for final hearing after four weeks.
