This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant leave to file this petition by substituting Mrs.Ameena Bee, Wife of Late.Thiyagi Kadar Mohideen since died on 03.10.2019 and consequently read the cause title as Thiyagi Kadar Mohideen by legal heir Ameena Bee.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, leave is granted and this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
