O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 12985 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10737 of 2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e 1st working day of English Calender month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that investigation was completed and a final report was filed in P.R.C.No.9 of 2024 and the case was posted for hearing on 25.02.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur on 25.02.2025 and thereafter on the date of hearing fixed by the learned trial judge.
