This petition is filed to condone the delay of 113 days in representing above revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.V.Saranraj for M/s.Eswar, Kumar and Rao Law Firm, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition. His request is that the above C.R.P. to be numbered and listed at the earliest, since the petitioner herein, citing the pendency of the above revision, is dragging on the proceedings before the Lower Court.

4.Finding that the reasons stated in the affidavit seems to be reasonable, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
