ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15291 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24587 of 2024 vide order dated 04.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation in this case is pending.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15291 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24587 of 2024 vide order dated 04.11.2024, is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first Monday of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
