This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22694 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned POCSO Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.73 of 2024 pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22694 of 2024 vide order dated 29.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, in connection with Spl.S.C.No.73 of 2024 on 20.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Sessions Judge. 1/3
