ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.17811 of 2024 on 29.07.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.17811 of 2024 on 29.07.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturdays of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
