Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner Association dated 03.02.2025 and classified the land in S.F.Nos.10/1, 11/1, 14, 15/1A2,

E.B.Colony, Kumarapalayam to an extent of 6.1 acre are absolutely belongs to the petitioner Association as Government land into Ryothwari Nanja Land and issue permanent patta to the members of the petitioner Association within time limit.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.02.2025 and to classify the land comprised in S.F.Nos.10/1, 11/1, 14, 15/A2, to an extent of 6.1 acres, situated at E.B.Colony, Komarapalayam, as Government Land into Ryothwari Nanja Land and to issue patta in favour of the members of the petitioner Association.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition and in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) Diary No.10767 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the

petitioner dated 03.02.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
