These petitions have been filed to substitute the respondents 4 to 6 as legal heirs of the third respondent, namely P.C.P.Radhakrishnan (Died) in W.P.Nos.19128 & 19129 of 2009.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in these writ petitions.
