2. This Court, by Order dated 08.02.2023 directed the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.03.2020 and 27.11.2022 to identify the boundaries of the properties and pass appropriate orders. Now, the order is passed on 25.05.2023 citing various civil suits and objection raised by Madras Race Club, who is said to be in possession of the property.

3. Such view of the matter, since the representation of the petitioner is considered and order is passed, this contempt petition is closed.
