ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.17944 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, has been considered and rejected.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law.
