Prayer in CMP.No.3768/2021: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment in the property which is subject matter in O.S.No.304 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Namakkal dated 31.08.2017 pending disposal of the Second Appeal.

These miscellaneous petitions were filed in the year 2021. Only notice through court was ordered on 29.03.2021. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on several occasions and the same have been kept pending without any interim order, till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these petitions pending at this length of time and hence, the same are dismissed.
