ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2025, by not granting patta to the seventh respondent based on the sale deed dated 20.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the objections raised by the petitioner while granting patta in favour of the respondents 3 to 7 by conducting enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 and giving an opportunity of hearing to them, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
