This Application has been filed seeking an order of interim injunction, restraining the Respondent, his men, agent, servant or any one claiming under him in any manner encumbering or alienating the application schedule mentioned property, pending disposal of the above civil Suit. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

3.According to the Plaintiff, the Suit is for specific performance of agreement dated 28.01.2021. It is represented that entire sale consideration has been deposited and the present Application is for interim injunction. Based on the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, I am not inclined to order this Application. 4.Accordingly, this Application is dismissed.
