2.Heard both sides.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner is readily having a demand draft for depositing the amount, the time granted by this Court is extended till 10.01.2024. In the meantime, the amount shall be deposited as directed by this Court.

4.This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction.
